What you'll do
* Provide exceptional technical support for the Docusign Agreement Cloud (DAC) and related services.
* Manage and resolve escalated support cases, troubleshooting customer issues with Docusign products.
* Coordinate with engineering to resolve bugs and influence product development.
* Leverage broad technical expertise to help customers increase adoption.
* Meet and exceed support service level goals for DAC.
* Use support tools such as Salesforce, Jira, internal logging systems, SQL, and browser tools.
* Identify product improvements and bugs to enhance customer experience.
* Promote Docusign products through consultative discussions.
* Partner with teams to develop product training.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Account Management.
Job Designation
Remote: Employees work from a designated remote location, not required to be in-office.
Designations (In Office, Hybrid, Remote) are role-specific and subject to change based on business needs.
What you bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of SaaS technical support or similar experience.
* Basic understanding of XML, C#, Python, PHP, JavaScript/jQuery.
* Experience troubleshooting web environments including HTTP, JSON, IIS, HTML, CSS.
* Log analysis skills using Wireshark, Fiddler, browser tools.
* Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Tech-savvy with a desire to learn new technologies.
* Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce knowledge and certifications.
* Experience with Docusign CLM and administration.
* Expertise in Docusign technologies and workflows.
* Advanced troubleshooting skills, including regex and code debugging.
* Knowledge of cloud security, web applications, APIs, and authentication technologies.
* Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
