An established, high-quality restaurant and townhouse in Roscommon is seeking an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join their culinary team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and passionate chef to contribute to a reputable, family-run establishment known for exceptional Irish cuisine, warm hospitality, and commitment to local and artisan produce.
The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, and mentoring junior kitchen team members.
