As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in the production of custom joinery components, working within a company committed to craftsmanship, precision, and detail. Key Responsibilities
* Operate CNC machinery to produce custom wood components to exacting specifications
* Perform maintenance and calibration of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
* Interpret joinery blueprints, understanding the nuances of custom woodwork production
* Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, ensuring the highest standards
* Collaborate with team members on process improvements for efficiency
Requirements
* Proven experience in CNC operation, preferably in a joinery environment
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings specific to bespoke joinery
* Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality workmanship
