We are seeking an experienced construction professional to join our team as a Senior Site Manager. This is a key role that requires the ability to lead and manage site-based teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction sites, with experience in coordinating and supervising labour forces and specialist subcontractors. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
* Minimum 7 years of site management experience
* Previous experience working for a main contractor, ideally on large-scale commercial or mixed-use development projects
* Strong knowledge of trades and construction methods
* Excellent leadership and organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools
