We're seeking a talented and creative Pastry Chef & Baker to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a deep love for baking, a keen eye for detail, and experience in both classic and contemporary pastry-making. You'll be responsible for producing a range of baked goods, from artisan breads and croissants to specialty cakes, tarts, and desserts.

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to high standards
* Develop new and seasonal menu items with creativity and precision
* Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and portion control
* Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment
* Work collaboratively with the Bakery & Kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef, Baker, or similar role
* Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, bread-making, and dessert preparation
* Creativity and passion for baking and presentation
* Excellent time management and organisational skills
* Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Flexibility for the roster
