Job Summary:
The Supply Chain Customer Service Associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless customer relationships and service delivery. This dynamic professional will be responsible for managing customer interactions, coordinating logistics with suppliers and manufacturers, and maintaining accurate order files and contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage customer relationships through effective communication and issue resolution
* Coordinate logistics with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely order processing and fulfillment
* Maintain proper order files and customer contracts to prevent errors and discrepancies
* Perform regular inventory reconciliations and manage shopping carts to optimize stock levels
* Communicate and provide support under supply interruption, adhering to internal and external controls and policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
* Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics certifications or experience
* Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance, or Operational experience
* Fluent in English language and proficient in computer-based skills
* Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
