Job Title: Cyber Governance Specialist

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Cyber Governance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering core cyber governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and control activities within the CISO Office.



Key Responsibilities:



* Support the Cyber Risk Lead and the Governance and Compliance Lead in delivering core cyber governance, regulatory compliance, risk management and control activities within the CISO Office.

* Analyse and conduct organisational cyber risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating identified cyber risks.

* Support policy maintenance, audit action tracking, regulatory evidence packs and NIS2 readiness activities in line with best practice standards including NISD requirements.

* Coordinate the collection of evidence for internal audits


Requirements:


The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience supporting or managing activities related to technology risk or audit within an organisation. You should have experience working in complex environments with stakeholders from various departments as well as external partners such as National authorities (for example National Cyber Security Centre). Additionally you must possess knowledge of relevant regulations like ISO27001, CSF, Data Protection Regulation GDPR. If your background includes certifications such as ITIL Service Desk Management, Certified Information Systems Security Professional CISSP this is also beneficial. In order to ensure effective performance we require strong written communication skills including report generation using software tools like Microsoft Word Excel Powerpoint Outlook - familiarity with other data visualisation platforms would be advantageous


Work Arrangements

The position is initially on a flexible/hybrid working basis but requires occasional presence at client sites when necessary. Working hours are standard full-time hours over five days per week.
