The successful candidate will have a strong ability to work collaboratively with all levels of the organization, with a customer-focused mindset. You will be accountable for the integrity of the global payroll process, ensuring seamless execution across multiple countries.
This role requires a leader who can manage the entire global payroll lifecycle, from implementation to ongoing management. You will be responsible for establishing and implementing systems to conduct regulatory and compliance audits, identifying opportunities for improvement, and advocating payroll operational priorities.
In addition, you will analyze complex pay transactions, identify issues, and work with internal teams to resolve them. You will develop, implement, and monitor processes to ensure consistent high value and efficiency in payroll operations.
