We're seeking a Senior Model Agent to take a key leadership role within our Dublin team.You'll oversee model representation, manage client relationships, and ensure the smooth running of bookings and daily operations. This role requires a balance of business sense, creativity, and people skills, ideal for someone experienced in managing talent, clients, or creative teams.Key responsibilities include:Managing model schedules and bookingsBuilding relationships with clients and agencies in Ireland and abroadMentoring and supporting model career developmentNegotiating contracts and managing budgetsScouting and developing new facesPromoting talent internationally and staying across industry trendsWe're looking for someone with strong communication, organisation, and negotiation skills. A confident, energetic team player with a genuine interest in the modelling and fashion industry.Candidates should have a minimum of four years experience in a management or senior role, ideally within modelling, fashion, media, or advertising.
