About the Role: Were working with a well-established accountancy practice who are seeking a motivated Audit and Accounts Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and lead audit assignments from planning to completion.
Work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.
Prepare and review financial statements in line with FRS 102 and other relevant standards.
Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a professional and proactive service.
Identify opportunities to add value and improve audit processes.
About You: Must have 5+ years audit experience in a boutique practice working with SME Irish clients ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
