Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled
Software Engineer (Contractor)
with experience in modern development technologies and systems integration for a high-performance production environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in building, integrating, and optimizing systems for production tracking, personalization processes, and dispatch management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain applications using
MongoDB
,
,
RabbitMQ
, and
GraphQL
.
* Implement
CI/CD pipelines
for efficient deployment and integration.
* Work with
WCF (Windows Communication Foundation)
for service-oriented architecture integration.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security for internal systems.
* Implement
personalization key loading
onto modules and ensure accurate transponder creation.
* Design and track production processes, ensuring each stage includes necessary metadata (e.g., TO numbers for 5 steps).
* Enable tracking of products through the full production lifecycle, ensuring visibility at each step.
* Build functionality to generate and manage
labels for boxes, crates, and dispatch logs
.
* Capture and harvest UIDs from modules, ensure proper box allocation, and maintain audit trails.
* Provide reporting capabilities for zero balancing, shipping, and yield data analysis.
* Work closely with operations to create and maintain dispatch logs, including sheet-level and combined reporting.
* Support
antenna key loading and UID tracking
to ensure accurate system-level integration.
* (Nice to Have) Experience with
MS 365
or
Oracle Integration
for enterprise connectivity.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Strong experience with
MongoDB
(database design and optimization).
* Front-end development with
.
* Messaging systems experience with
RabbitMQ
.
* Proficient in
GraphQL
for API queries and integrations.
* CI/CD pipeline design and implementation (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or similar).
* Strong understanding of
WCF
for service integration.
* Experience in manufacturing or production-related systems preferred.
* Familiarity with
label generation and dispatch processes
.
* Good to Have:
* MS 365 integration experience.
* Oracle system integration.
Project Scope:
This role will focus on implementing a
tracking and personalization system
that ensures full visibility of modules through the production process. Key deliverables include:
* Personalization key loading to modules.
* Creating transponders and tracking them through 5 production steps.
* UID harvesting and linking to system-level tracking.
* Generating dispatch logs and labels for packaging and shipping.
* Reporting for zero balancing, yield data, and operational control.
