The aim of ETS is to keep commercial drivers legal and compliant with the driver's hour's legislation and the working time directive through the use of innovative products and servicesAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Fleet Workshop Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience in the haulage or passenger transportation industry and a strong interest in supporting customers with both hardware and software solutions. Full training will be provided for the right candidate. This full-time role is based at our head office at Airport Business Park, Waterford.Key Responsibilities:Provide phone, email, and remote support to fleet and workshop customers for hardware and softwarePerform remote installation of software for new and existing customersDeliver remote training sessions to help customers confidently use our softwareCarry out local on-site hardware setup when requiredAssist customers with questions related to tachographs, including driving and rest time regulationsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tasks, and technical issuesCollaborate with the internal team while also managing tasks independentlyIdeal Candidate:Previous experience in haulage or passenger transport is highly desirableStrong IT skills with the ability and interest to learn new systems quicklyExcellent written and spoken EnglishStrong customer support skillsGreat communication skills and a positive, professional attitudeA proactive team player who can also work independentlyWilling to learn and develop new skills
