* Negotiating complex transactions involving aircraft leases, sales, and purchases.
* Drafting and managing associated documentation with original equipment manufacturers.
* Covering all areas of airline finance, from secured financing to Islamic financing solutions.
* Liaising with airlines, OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers), lessors, banks & other stakeholders as required by project conditions.
Requirements: The ideal candidate should have 10-12 years PQE experience within commercial or financial law sectors specialising –in Aircraft Financing', banking/Securities,law of Contract / Commercial Law/Banking - preferably Airlines Industry sector' knowledge.' Must possess extensive knowledge …
