WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide on-site field support for our partners, direct Panasonic customers, and end customers in case of technical problems.
Record and process highly complex inquiries.
Support product commissioning on site.
Support new customers during the first pre-commissioning visit on site to guarantee correct system set up.
Provide central technical support for the service-partner network and end customers in the respective region and/or area.
Provide detailed documentation of all activities.
Serve as a link between customers and sales staff to assure responsiveness.
Identify technical issues and develop solutions for a variety of customer complaints and issues, acting as the first level of escalation after the call-centre and service partners.
Serve as liaison between sales, supply chain/logistics, and customers; communication with customers on activities in these areas is integral to the delivery of customer service.
Train and support new installers on site.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Completed training as a master refrigeration and heating technology, state-certified refrigeration / air conditioning technician, or similar educational and experiential background.
At least 6 years of work experience.
Strong technical knowledge across all responsible product categories.
