to take a senior role within the agency. This position requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing high-value accounts, guiding corporate communications strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships at the most senior level. The role combines client-facing leadership, agency growth, and hands-on involvement in shaping campaigns that protect and enhance reputations.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of major client accounts, acting as the senior point of contact for corporate and C-suite stakeholders.
* Lead on the design and execution of high-impact corporate PR strategies, from planning to delivery.
* Build, strengthen, and sustain long-term client partnerships, ensuring best-in-class service and strategic value.
* Engage with business, financial, and national media to deliver consistent and effective visibility for clients.
* Drive agency growth by contributing to new business pitches and identifying opportunities with existing clients.
* Oversee teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
* Provide guidance and mentoring to junior colleagues, fostering both performance and professional development.
* Play an active role in the agency's senior leadership team, contributing to its direction and evolution.
What You'll Bring
