Due to time zone requirements, the role will require a later start time.Duties and Responsibilities:Source and engage both active and passive candidates across all available recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.Proactively build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs.Screen candidates and conduct telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews to assess suitability for open roles.Conduct competitive and market analysis to understand hiring demands and recruitment practices of key talent competitors.Ensure all applicants experience a positive and professional recruitment process, with timely communication and feedback throughout each stage.Provide regular market intelligence, insights, and reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager to support informed hiring decisions.Build and manage strong stakeholder relationships, with a consistent focus on customer service and high-quality delivery.Proactively contribute new ideas and initiatives that enhance business outcomes and improve the overall candidate experience.Maintain accurate and compliant tracking of recruitment activity to support reporting, governance, and operational efficiency.AuthoritiesEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment and on-boarding processLiaising and Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment best practicesCarry out your duties to meet Quality, Safety and Environmental requirements at all times.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in Recruitment; a combination of agency and in-house experience is highly advantageous.Demonstrated experience recruiting technical professionals is an advantage.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organisation.Excellent communication skills, with a positive and engaging approach to both candidates and internal stakeholders.Strong candidate management capabilities, with the ability to effectively engage and support candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.Results-driven and self-motivated, with the discipline and accountability required to work effectively in a remote environment.At Atlantach we offer a highly competitive benefits package, including:Competitive salaryHybrid or Remote working options availablePension Scheme.Healthcare Insurance cover.Further education financial assistance.Access to a personal financial advisor.Bike to work scheme.Employee engagement and company-wide events.Atlantach Technical Services is an Equal Opportunities Employer
