Deputy Head of Retail
to join Europe's largest Airline Group

Ryanair's Retail function delivers €300m+ in annual revenue across onboard food, beverage and duty-free.
This role sits at the centre of commercial performance, supplier management, and operational delivery across a complex pan-European network and we are looking for an experienced, motivated candidate to assist in leading the team as we embark on our next period of growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead supplier negotiations to secure best-in-class commercial terms, cost savings, and robust SLAs
Drive end-to-end supply chain performance, improving availability, reducing waste, and ensuring operational excellence
Own forecasting accuracy and stock management across a multi-base network
Deliver Fresh Food profitability through improved product mix, demand planning, and waste control
Define and execute onboard sales strategy, driving crew engagement and revenue growth
Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear KPIs, strong accountability, and data-led decision making
Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Proven commercial leadership experience in retail, FMCG, or aviation operations
Strong track record in supplier negotiation, cost control, and margin delivery
Experience managing complex supply chains and forecasting at scale
Data-driven with the ability to translate insight into action
Strong leadership presence with a focus on performance and accountability
