Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to join our team as a Partner Solutions Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building strong relationships with key partners and driving growth through strategic guidance and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Partner Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical and strategic guidance to our partners, including executive engagement and relationship-building. You will work closely with our partner ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive technical business plans to drive new monetization opportunities. Your expertise will be essential in architecting business models that drive revenue and expansion within the enterprise space.

* Work with priority partners to build out their Stripe capabilities and solutions to grow their business and drive non-linear growth in Stripe's business.
* Develop and execute enablement plans to support partner success.
* Engage with CTOs, engineering teams, and other technical leads at key partners to share technology roadmaps, demonstrate the latest innovations, and define a solution strategy to expand the partnership revenue.
* Communicate success internally through regular updates and progress reports.
* Provide oversight, guidance, and assistance during the partner sales process to ensure mutual success in joint opportunities.
* Educate the Stripe GTM selling teams on key partner solutions and capabilities.
* Advocate for key partners within specific sales regions and identify areas for sales partnership.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 7+ years of experience in a similar customer-facing engineering role, such as solution consultant, solutions architect, sales engineer, etc. You should possess excellent executive engagement skills and presence, with the ability to establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and build credibility at all levels. Additionally, you should have effective group-facilitation skills, confidence in proposing and leading customer meetings to gain strategic footing and pursue opportunities. You should also have a thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture, outstanding spoken and written communication skills, presentation skills, and the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience within the Adobe technology stack and ecosystem is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as a customer-facing, domain expert in a software company, presenting and architecting solutions for enterprise customers is highly desirable. Experience with integrating Stripe or other RESTful APIs into web applications, systems design, building, and deploying complex applications, prior experience in driving global enterprise technical sales for top-tier enterprise application companies, and experience in helping customers adopt and consume software in a cloud model are also highly valued. A passion for learning, the ability to work independently and confidently to develop a path forward with customers under ambiguous circumstances, and strategic and creative thinking are also essential qualities for this role.
