The Lifeguard and Swim Coach will work within the Health & Performance Team to provide safe supervision of the pool environment and deliver high-quality swim coaching to our customers.

About the role
You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming pool environment, ensuring all users can enjoy the facilities confidently and securely.
You will be getting involved in delivering swim coaching sessions, supporting aqua aerobics classes, and assisting with the smooth running of all pool activities.
Working with the Pool Supervisor, on-site management, and fellow team members, you will help create a positive and professional experience for all customers.
About you:
Education and Qualifications
* RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification (must be current)
* CPR / First Aid certification (in date)
* Assistant Swim Teacher and/or full Swim Teacher award
* Aqua Aerobics qualification (preferred)
Experience
* Previous experience as a Lifeguard and/or Swim Coach
* Experience delivering swim lessons and/or aqua aerobics classes (preferred)
* Proven track record of exceptional customer service
Skills
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Competent with G-suite applications (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets)
* Excellent swimming ability and practical lifeguarding skills
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings as required
* Energetic, self-motivated, and team-oriented
