two proactive Maintenance Technicians
who will help keep our plant operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance.

About the Role
As a
Maintenance Technician
, you'll play a critical role in the daily operation of the mill.
Your primary responsibility will be to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to reduce downtime and support production goals.
You'll work closely with Production, Quality, and Operations teams and be key to keeping our plant running safely and efficiently.
Your Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and planned maintenance across all production areas
Rapidly troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical faults, including PLC-controlled systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics
Update maintenance records and logs using our CMMS system
Monitor production line performance and react immediately to deterioration or issues
Participate in equipment upgrades and installations
Ensure compliance with all safety procedures and quality standards
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lean processes
What You Bring
Qualifications & Experience
Qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
3–5 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Proven expertise in fault finding, maintenance, and repair of automated machinery
Experience in a regulated industry (food/pharma/auto) is a strong advantage

Confident communicator, able to liaise across departments
Willingness to be part of the on-call roster and contribute to a fast-paced environment
