Job Description:
We are looking for a highly capable and empathetic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager in Residential Services.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering on the vision for the individuals they support through their daily lives, including working with people and their families, supporting them in their homes and local community, and managing staff rosters and day-to-day operational activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and the capacity to work independently.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an Autism Informed Manner and possess a qualification in Social Care or equivalent (minimum level 7).

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver on the vision for individuals supported through daily life
• Work with people and their families to support their needs
• Manage staff rosters and day-to-day operational activities
• Develop and implement schedules for individuals with Autism
• Participate in local service planning and development processes
Requirements:
• An appropriate 3rd-level qualification in Social Care or equivalent (minimum level 7)
• Experience working in an Autism Informed Manner
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
