A leading housing developer is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to spearhead the delivery of high-volume residential projects in Clondalkin. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in managing large-scale developments, ensuring compliance with planning and H&S standards.
The successful individual will oversee project activities from tender to completion, collaborating closely with Quantity Surveyors and teams to monitor budgets. They will also prepare project plans, including scheduling and risk assessment.
