Role Context
The Mutual Funds team is responsible for:
- Managing and processing mutual fund financial data
- Researching and updating data using internal systems
- Building and maintaining client and contributor relationships
Key Responsibilities & Deliverables
- Update pricing data provided by mutual fund managers
- Extract reference data from documents (e.g., annual reports, prospectuses)
- Verify and update mutual fund corporate actions (e.g., dividends, mergers, liquidations)
- Participate in time-sensitive global projects and initiatives
Essential Criteria
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Demonstrable research and analytical skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills
Desirable Criteria
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA and Macros are a plus)
