We are recruiting for an established aviation leasing firm in Shannon which has a requirement for a Legal Counsel. This is an excellent opportunity to join a platform with ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities
Manage cross-border aircraft leasing transactions
Manage aircraft acquisitions and sales, aircraft operating leases, and associated finance transactions
Provide legal guidance regarding aircraft lease compliance and default issues, including lease restructuring and repossessions
Manage external counsel as required
Ad-hoc project management
Experience
Law degree
Minimum 3 years PQE
Aircraft leasing experience with a law firm or aircraft or engine leasing company
An ability to communicate effectively with investors, counterparties and service providers
Ability to maintain strong relationships with key contacts, such as airline customers, financiers, investors, OEMs, MROs and lessor counterparties
