Key Responsibilities:

* Resolve customer complaints in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
* Use Microsoft Office Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations

Requirements:

* Leaving Certificate Examination or equivalent qualification
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
