We're looking for a tech-savvy and service-oriented IT Technician Support Specialist to join our support team
If you enjoy solving technical issues, helping users, and keeping IT systems running smoothly, this role could be a great fit.
What You'll Do:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices
Assist with system setups, installations, and user onboarding
Diagnose and resolve basic network, email, and access issues
Document support tickets, solutions, and system updates
Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required
What You Bring:
Basic knowledge of computer systems, operating systems, and office networks
Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Ability to follow IT processes and handle multiple requests
IT support, helpdesk, or technical support experience is a plus
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or ITIL are an advantage
