About The Role Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency in food quality, preparation, and presentation Assist in the planning, preparation, and delivery of high-volume food service across multiple outlets Mentor, support, and train junior kitchen staff Uphold the highest standards of food hygiene and safety, ensuring full HACCP and Health Safety compliance Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years' experience at Chef de Partie level in a busy, high-volume kitchen A passion for showcasing local Kerry produce and delivering exceptional food Strong knowledge of modern food trends, kitchen operations, and plating standards Positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to take initiative, stay organised, and remain calm under pressure What We Offer: Full training and mentorship from an experienced Executive Chef Supportive, inclusive work environment where your voice is valued Opportunities for career development and educational support Being part of a Great Place to Work–certified team!
