We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Administrator to join our team and support the smooth operation of our logistics and transport services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate daily waste collection schedules and transport operations
* Liaise with drivers, clients, and third-party contractors to ensure timely service delivery
* Maintain accurate records of collections, weights, and movements
* Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
* Manage logistics documentation including delivery notes, waste transfer notes, and invoices
* Update internal systems and prepare reports for management as required
* Support the wider operations team with administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in logistics, transport coordination, or administration (waste industry experience is a plus)
* Excellent organizational and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and comfortable using logistics software
* Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
