Rate of Pay:
€22.29/hour (base rate € €2.91 night premium); overtime available
Job Summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen in Samsic Facility for the role of Industrial Operations Supervisor (Night-Shift). This position will involve working with an award-winning industrial cleaning team providing professional services to our blue-chip clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and participate in industrial cleaning tasks including deep cleans, carpet and window cleaning, pressure washing and biohazard work.
* Ensure work is completed to the highest standard while complying with all health and safety regulations.
* Liaise with the Industrial Operations Manager, clients and team to coordinate work and maintain high service levels.
* Manage daily paperwork, staff performance, dress code and site conduct.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years' industrial cleaning experience
* Full, clean driving licence
* Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
* Eligibility to work full-time in Ireland
* Ability to lead a team, manage time efficiently and work independently
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques
* Strong organisational and leadership abilities
* Calm, confident, and detail-oriented under pressure
