As a senior design engineer, you will spearhead the creation of innovative mechanical designs that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership & Ownership: Oversee the entire design lifecycle for major sub-assemblies and complete product lines, ensuring technical specifications meet stringent performance, cost-effectiveness, and compliance standards.
2. CAD & System Design Expertise: Utilize advanced CAD software to create precise 3D models and perform finite element analysis to validate designs, focusing on stress analysis, fatigue life, and material selection.
3. Tech Guidance & Quality Assurance: Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, reviewing and approving manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation to ensure optimal quality and manufacturability.
4. Innovation & Cost Optimization: Develop new ideas and solutions to improve product performance, reduce manufacturing costs, and enhance user experience through research on new materials, components, and precision technology integration.
