Role Overview:
As a Team Leader at FinSafe, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a high-performing sales or outreach team. You will oversee day-to-day operations, track performance metrics, provide coaching, and ensure your team delivers exceptional results while maintaining FinSafe's compliance and ethical standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales/outreach specialists.
* Set clear goals, monitor progress, and ensure targets are met.
* Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members to improve performance.
* Collaborate with management to develop strategies to improve lead generation and client conversion.
* Ensure all communications and operations adhere to regulatory and compliance standards.
* Report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior management.
* Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
Requirements:
* Proven experience leading a sales, outreach, or customer success team.
* Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred), and lead management.
* Excellent coaching, mentoring, and people management skills.
* Ability to analyze performance metrics and take action to improve results.
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of financial services, scams, or crypto industry is a plus.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
