Job Title: HR Generalist Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist Assistant to provide administrative support to our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality administrative support to the HR team, including recruitment, absence management, and employee relations.
* Administer end-to-end recruitment processes, including planning and organizing recruitment fairs and events.
* Manage the leavers process, including communicating with service managers and processing staff feedback and learning outcomes.
* Produce accurate reports for HR business partner meetings, analyzing data and highlighting trends and issues.
* Support employee relations processes, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
* GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above, or equivalent.
* Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and report writing.
* Full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
* 1 year's experience of working in a generalised HR role.
* Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to analyze and check data for accuracy.
* Ability to work as part of a team and prioritize a varied workload.
