Grade IV Administrator
Excel Recruitment is seeking a Grade IV Administrator for our client in Dublin 15. This is a full time fixed-term position until March 2026 but may be extended. This position would suit an experienced Grade IV administrator who is available straight away.
Responsibilities
1. Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring deadlines are met
2. Preparing and reviewing documents such as reports and correspondence
3. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality
4. Supporting meetings, including minute-taking and follow-up
5. Promoting excellent customer service and responding to feedback
6. Supervising staff, managing workloads, and supporting team well being
7. Participating in service improvement initiatives and implementing changes
8. Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
9. Supporting sustainability efforts within the organisation
Requirements
10. Previous experience at Grade IV level
11. Demonstrate strong administrative experience and ICT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
12. Show ability to manage workloads, meet deadlines, and work both independently and in a team
13. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Meet any post-specific experience requirements relevant to the role
