DescriptionRyanair is currently recruiting for aPayments Analystto join Europe's biggest airline group.This is an excellent time to join Ryanair as we look to grow to over 800 aircraft and 300m guests per year within the next 10 years.The successful candidate will be based in our Dublin Head office, reporting to the Group Treasure.The Payments Analyst will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment within the Finance function of Ryanair. The role provides an excellent opportunity for candidates to work alongside the Treasury, payments and Fraud teams.DescriptionResponsibilities Include:Monitor card acceptance for inflight sales looking at weekly settlement rate and identify ways to improve.Work with Payment service provider (RIM) and payment processor to address any is-sues by closely monitoring daily card issuer responses.Work closely with Fraud team/Chargeback team to find ways to reduce risk.Provide weekly reports for senior management on acceptance rate.Working with Treasury team to ensure we have tight controls around payment pro-cessing in this environment ensuring we remain compliant but efficient.Implement best practice guidelines for all crew.Provide daily/weekly communication to the crew so they are fully informed on any changes or concerns regarding card acceptance or high risk customers. Build reporting tools to automate the various data feeds to quickly identify areas to im-prove.RequirementsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and WordStrong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem-solving skillsExcellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlinesAll candidates should be self-motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills.
