This is a hands-on role that combines customer interaction with warehouse and logistics responsibilities.
You'll be responsible for answering phones, taking and processing orders, picking and packing items, and preparing shipments including operating a forklift to load trucks.

Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a friendly and professional manner Take and enter orders accurately into the system Process and prepare orders for shipment Pick, pack, and stage orders in the warehouse Operate a forklift to load and unload trucks Coordinate shipping and delivery schedules Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock checks as needed Communicate effectively with internal teams and external carriers Support general warehouse organisation, cleanliness, and safety Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or logistics preferred Forklift certification or willingness to become certified (training can be provided) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with order management or ERP systems Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and work on your feet for extended periods Benefits: Competitive salary (based on experience) Health insurance Pension On-the-job training and certification opportunities Positive, team-oriented work environment
