The Property
Located on Merrion Road in the upmarket area of Dublin 4, our historic Victorian building was completely renovated in 2014 to create a luxury all-suite hotel.
This luxury property is ideal for the longer staying guest, and consists of 49 contemporary studio, one and two bedroom suites with fitted kitchens, blissful bedrooms and stylish bathrooms and has a superb location next to the RDS and the Aviva Stadium.
About The Role
The Role
We are looking for a Night Porter to ensure the smooth and safe operation of our hotel during the night shift. You will be the welcoming face for late arrivals and early departures, maintaining high standards of customer care and security throughout the night.
What's involved in the role;
* Reception & Guest Care
* Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out.
* Answer calls, transfer messages, and handle guest queries.
* Ensure guest security for keys, luggage, and property.
* Safety & Security
* Keep the hotel secure and monitor access during the night.
* Follow fire and emergency procedures.
* Lock external doors and keep fire exits clear.
* Team Support
* Assist other departments when needed.
* Report incidents or maintenance issues promptly.
* Cleaning & Maintenance
* Complete nightly cleaning tasks in public areas.
* Carry out basic maintenance.
What We're looking for;
* Friendly, professional, and reliable.
* Strong attention to detail and safety.
* Ability to work independently during night hours.
* Previous hotel or customer service experience is an advantage.
