Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our construction team and subcontractors on site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental management of our projects.
* Duties include: Developing and maintaining Health & Safety files on site Managing day-to-day operations of the site Supervising and monitoring the work of any subcontractors Assisting in resolving unexpected technical difficulties Conducting regular Health & Safety audits Coordinating daily progress review meetings Issuing permits as required Chairing weekly internal progress review meetings Liaising with various departments as needed
The ideal candidate will have experience working in multi-discipline sites based projects preferably within Waste Water or Water sectors. They must also possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
