About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Business Development Manager to support the strategic growth agenda of our high-growth sectors – such as Energy & Resources, Real Estate, Technology, and Life Sciences.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in the growth of our firm, supporting major account and sector heads in achieving our growth ambition.
The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, growth orientation, and sales focus, with experience gained in industry or professional services, working in a senior business development/commercial role.
The successful candidate will drive best practice account management for priority accounts, identify major growth opportunities, and develop appropriate strategies to target them. They will also be responsible for driving cross-selling and upselling across key accounts, relationship mapping and CRM management, and tracking and reporting on account and sector performance.
