Eirevolt Energy is currently looking for a driven and knowledgeable Business Development Manager. Your role will be to identify potential customers and present to them a complex energy solution in a manner that gives them peace of mind. In turn, helping our growing company achieve and exceed their sales and growth targets.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional with a solid background in residential or commercial energy upgrades and a passion for sustainability.
The successful candidate will lead the sales process from lead generation through to project completion, offering expert advice on energy efficiency solutions including insulation, solar PV, heat pumps, and EV chargers. A strong understanding of SEAI retrofit grants, BER assessments, and relevant construction practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation and prospecting.
* Identifying and creating new business opportunities with potential customers.
* Proven experience in renewable energy sales, construction, or home energy retrofit projects.
* Strong knowledge of SEAI grant schemes (One Stop Shop, Better Energy Homes, Community Energy Grants, etc.).
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.
* Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
* Passion for sustainability and commitment to promoting clean energy solutions.
* Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals
* Negotiating and agreeing sales contracts.
* Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
* Accurately reporting on sales progress.
* Participating in seminars, trade shows and other suitable marketing opportunities.
Essential Requirements:
* Motivated to lead change and inspire progress toward a greener, more sustainable world.
* A demonstratable history of sales success.
* Ideally 5+ years sales experience in renewable energy.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills – demonstrable relationship-building experience amongst a range of stakeholders.
* Professionalism – articulate, innovative and client-service orientated.
* Self-motivated individual with integrity and the ability to be office-based and to work remotely.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ambition to develop as a market-leading sales professional.
