Job Summary
The Office Operations Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the smooth running of offices in Dublin City Centre. This role requires a proactive, solutions-focused individual with experience in facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations of the building and facilities services to ensure seamless delivery of tasks
* Oversee maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance to minimize risks
* Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and service providers to optimize services delivery
* Develop and implement effective facilities policies and procedures
* Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control for facilities-related expenditure to achieve efficiency
* Respond to and resolve facilities-related issues promptly and effectively
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience in a facilities management role with proven track record
* Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations and compliance requirements
* Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships efficiently
* Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
