About the Role
Clarin Services is seeking a skilled Team Leader to lead our integrated day service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving their goals.
Job Description:
* To oversee the daily operations of the integrated day service, ensuring that each individual receives high-quality support and care.
* To develop and implement person-centered plans that promote independence, dignity, and respect.
* To work collaboratively with staff members to ensure that all individuals receive consistent and supportive services.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a strong ability to work with diverse groups and individuals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A relevant 3rd-level qualification in social care or health sector.
* A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
* Proven leadership and team management skills.
Candidates must demonstrate experience of leading and supporting a team, overseeing an integrated day programme, and community networking.
