Flexsource NI are currently recruiting for an Aftercare and Servicing Coordinator on a permanent fulltime basis, within the Newry area.
Responsibilities: With a full JD available on request, you will: *Be the primary contact for clients requiring information around aftercare and servicing after installation *Offer ongoing support to clients throughout the aftercare period *Schedule and coordinate aftercare and servicing appointments with clients and engineers *Ensure notifications of defects are addressed within agreed timescales and coordinate defect resolution activities *Maintain positive relationships with clients, service providers and internal teams to support aftercare operations Requirements: *Previous experience in client aftercare and service coordination within a construction environment *Strong communication skills *Comfortable working with staff from multiple trade disciplines For you: 28+ days annual leave Salary based on experience Early finish Friday Apply today or contact Ciaran@Flexsource NI for more information Skills: Admin Customer service Scheduling
