Job Title: Reservation Coordinator
As a Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests by expertly communicating available options, rates, and itineraries.
Responsibilities
* Manage guest room reservations to the highest standard, maintaining and updating the hotel’s reservation system.
* Effectively distribute rates through the channel manager, ensuring optimal pricing and availability.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with guests, providing attention to detail and excellent service.
Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of booking systems and CRM software is essential.
* Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong networking and interpersonal abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
