Your new company Fit Out Site Manager, AthloneOur client is one of Ireland's top 20 building contractors with work across the country. They are now looking to recruit a Site Manager for a Fit-Out project in the Athlone region. As a Tier 1 contractor, this is an opportunity to join one of the busier contractors in Ireland and this is a great opportunity for long-term employment and career progression. Job Requirements: You must have at least 10 years' experience with a large main contractor and have previous experience of managing large projects to tight deadlines and to a very high standard. You will need experience of working on large-scale projects within the pharma /medical devices/data centre sectors or similar. Oversee the internal fit out of a major multi-million construction project. Manage all materials on site, making sure materials are correct and ordered on time. Report directly to Project Manager. Ability to work to specified deadlines. Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to. Carry out site inspections. Co-ordinate site meetings and file reporting for senior management. Ability to handle and execute client requests. Ensure that the companies' quality standards are met. Job Specification: Fit Out / Joinery background. Experience of large Fit Out projects in Ireland or the UK. Full driving licence. Competent in Microsoft Office. Experience on pharma projects or similar is a benefit. Ability to manage and motivate site teams. Sound knowledge of standards and specifications.
