Job Title:Digital Power FR Engineer
Job Location: Ireland
Main Responsibilities:
* Pre-sales testing support, holding workshops with the customers or partners on technical issues.
* Support of the sales and solution team.
* Logging of issues reported by the customers.
* Training/guidance of the customers before, during and after the construction process by means of; kick-off meetings, hardware and software trainings and the acceptance test.
* Supporting customers during the commissioning process, technically checking the inverter installation and making corrections if necessary.
* You are the interface between the customers and the R&D team to resolve any issue.
* Responsible for supporting second and third line support.
* Responsible for technical support of customers or its partners, independently or together with a technical support team.
* On-site support in case of major or critical issues that cannot be resolved by the customer or local subcontractor.
* Responsible for monitoring the quality of the on-site operation, providing quality analyses and improvement processes.
Requirements:
* With science or engineering education background, Major of such as Electricity, Energy or Mechanical etc.
* have technical and service working experience, have channel management experience.
* Knowledgeable or working experience of Solar-PV market/storage market is preferable.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal with people from different countries & cultures.
* Ability to have insight into problems.
* Excellent communication skills in English
