Join our team and you’ll be responsible for providing top class customer service!
Working in the Customer Service department, you will be part of a friendly & successful team who deliver a personal service by educating and supporting customers, jobseekers and colleagues to build trust and achieve positive results.
You will play a vital role as we reimagine the labour market to make it work for everybody.
Your Responsibilities
* Provide client support via email, telephone and live chat.
* Identify common customer challenges and actively suggest better solutions.
* Keep records of customer interactions on Salesforce.
* Collaborate with sales and customer success e.g. consultation on job postings.
* Coach customers to be product experts so they become increasingly self-sufficient.
Qualifications
* 1+ years’ experience in a desk‑based customer service role.
* A technical thinker who enjoys deep‑diving into a bug or issue.
* Independent thinker with good judgement and who uses their own initiative.
* A team player who thrives in supporting their fellow Customer Service team members.
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
