Job Description
Aramark are currently looking for a Sous Chef based one of our client site. Their focus will be to ensure there are consistently high standards of food delivery and kitchen management across all sections of the business onsite.
Responsibilities
Assume responsibility for overall kitchen operation in the absence of the Head Chef.
Maintain food hygiene, service and presentation to a high standard.
Follow recipes and prepare food for service.
Deliver first class food throughout service.
Support managing the P&L and all associated financials.
Manage all associated administration.
Key Requirements
Relevant culinary experience operating at a Sous Chef level.
A passion for food and service.
Flexible approach to hours and duties.
IT literate, numerate and able to communicate across cross-discipline stakeholders.
