Job Title – Finishing Foreman
Project – Residential Project (Apartments) Commercial (Hotel)
Job Location – Dublin
Salary - €45K- €55K
About the Company
Working on Residential and Commercial Projects in Dublin for bust main contractors.
The Role
* Manage a largescale construction site.
* Finishing of 150+ rooms and 400+ apartments.
* Lead a dedicated team through the project.
* Liaise with sub-contractors and personnel on site in in the planning and construction of the project.
* Support the Project Manager/ Contracts Manager/ Senior Engineer to ensure works are completed as per programme and to a high standard.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the construction management team, subcontractors and site personnel.
Requirements
* A minimum of 3 years’ experience as a finishing foreman.
* Trade’s background – carpentry.
* Experience working on residential projects.
* Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
