We are looking for an experienced food and beverage manager to oversee all daytime food and beverage operations.

Responsibilities: Manage daytime food and beverage operations Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and customer service Monitor customer satisfaction and respond to feedback and complaints Maintain cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations Hiring, training, and development of staff Work with the management team with regards to bookings and events and be involved in weekly management meetings Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role is required and HACCP training is desired Job Type: Full-time Pay: From €16.00 per hour Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week Benefits: Employee discount Experience: Hospitality: 2 years (required)Work authorisation: Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
