Job Summary:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise on Utility Operations and Maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support and guidance on Utility Operations and Maintenance throughout the project lifecycle.
* Establish and maintain maintenance standards to drive safe and dependable operations through Reliability Excellence.
* Review vendor reports and documentation to ensure timely and effective closure of Work Orders within the site’s CMMS.
* Ensure that all Utility systems comply with regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the Critical Utilities Operations and Maintenance team to optimize the performance and reliability of Critical Utility equipment.
* Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues within Utility systems, minimizing downtime.
* Oversee service delivery and build strong relationships with service providers.
Requirements:
* A degree in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline (Level 8) or Master’s degree preferred.
* Experience providing technical support in a live facility is essential.
* Utility system operation and maintenance experience within a biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility is highly valued.
* Knowledge of Utility system design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
* Solid understanding of process design, GMP standards, maintenance practices, and industry regulations.
